By using Pinkgraph you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

Pinkgraph provides interactive, in-browser photography tools for educational purposes. The tools run in your browser and do not require an account.

3. Your content

Any photo you upload is read locally in your browser using the File API. It is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server. You retain all rights to your own images.

4. Intellectual property

The Pinkgraph name, code, and original text are the property of their respective owners. Sample photos are used under their respective licenses; see IMAGE_CREDITS.md.

5. Third-party services

Pinkgraph uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which may set cookies and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The tools are provided "as is" for learning purposes, without warranties of any kind. Editing decisions and exported results are your responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinkgraph is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or its tools.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
